Post LUMS 2018 admission decisions here

Is getting into the lum law school relatively easier than the others

No I dont think so because LUMS Law School does not have any subcategories, such as MGSHSS having Poli Sci and Econ, this causes the law school to have limited seats and become rather competitive.

I have also talked to an admissions officer to ask about first and second round offers because I applied to first yet I didn’t hear back and he/she said that both offers are still ongoing and selections are still being made.

I have a friend who is. He didnt get his decision yet though

just got my rejection letter.

hopefully, next year.

.

To the overseas applicants, did you guys apply to second round applications? And if so, have you received any response yet?

No, Im overseas but i have not received any decision yet

Guys how exactly are you getting your admission decisions?

@rarsh2000 I got mine through TCS, it was a package with the conditional offer and all. Other than that you get an update on your online portal.

@user677 Oh alright. Thank you!

What abour rejections?Lums send a letter or is it portal change?

Any news so far ?? Did anyone get their decisions…losing hope now !!

Nothing so far …I heard there is a third round in june.

@Uchiha9 Same. I keep refreshing the portal but no luck

No, nothing yet @Uchiha9 and @Gorg123 im only going to wait till the end of this month, I have offers from Canada and what if I reject those for this and I dont even get in so good luck guys

I have 4As 4Bs in Olevels. ABB in AS Level. 1280 in SAT. Is there any chance of getting into LUMS? And whoever has recieved an offer please tell me your grades and all. Thank you.

@Fati123445 I know a friend who got accepted with a 1280 SAT. He had really good O level grades but his AS grades dropped. You do have a considerable chance, but it depends from year to year and how the competition is like each year.

Is lums law school (sahsol) the best decision to study law in pakistan, compared to others like punjab university, szabist etc, because I’ve heard its relatively new.
