Your overall intelligence quotient is the result of a scientifically-tested formula based on how many questions you answered correctly. But it's only part of what we learned about you from your answers on the test. We also determined the way you process information.

The way you think about things makes you an Intuitive Investigator. This means you have multiple talents and can do anything you set your mind to. You're able to detect numerical patterns easily and are able to grasp the true complexity of the world, both in its details and in a more abstract form. You've got a sharp logical mind and are adept at using words to get even a difficult point across. The combination of all these things makes you truly brilliant.

How did we determine that your thinking style is that of an Intuitive Investigator? When we examined your test results further, we analyzed how you scored on 8 dimensions of intelligence: spatial, organizational, abstract reasoning, logical, mechanical, verbal, visual and numerical. The 3 dimensions you scored highest on combine to make you an Intuitive Investigator. Only 6 out of 1,000 people have this rare combination of abilities.

Hmm...141/Complex Intellectual. Something tells me that its ceiling is 141 or close to it. It would make sense. Obviously, if you get them all right (or almost), it can't identify any particular strength, so it labels you 'complex'. They should time it. I took about a minute on two of them.

EDIT:Just saw krazykool's result. Mybe it ins't the ceiling, and I simply have no particular strength.

The International High IQ Society has a free test, and that actually qualifies you for something. I only got a 131 on that one, with an illness.

lol and I took that test and got a 137...i HATEd the time limit =) i just randomly answered questions that i couldn't think of in the first 10 seconds...cuz i can't think under pressure -_-

real IQ tests are just pattenrs. how much you know about world history wouldn't matter. would someone who reads newspapers inherently have a higher IQ than someone who doesnt? no.

Well, one could argue that intelligence, as measured by IQ tests, is the ability to recognize patterns and use them to solve problems. That's basically what sound reasoning is about.

It certainly helps me in math. It takes no time to square 28 or 2008 mentally, if you recognize the pattern.

Besides, there ARE a lot of pattern recognition type problems on real IQ tests. They generally don't ask specific questions like the online ones. Like I said, online IQ tests look like the LSAT.

Narcissa, that's crystallized intelligence. Counts for something, doesn't it? LOL.

...Hmm...Why not do it both ways? Personally, I'd rather be compared to everyone. However, I can see the value of limiting the comparison to age.
