<p>My mom didn’t believe I was perfectly awake. She made me shower before I ran just to make sure…she didn’t want me running around in the woods unconcious of my doings…</p>

<p>Yeah, I just made plans. I’m going to a drive in with a friend of mine and then he’s going home and one of my other friends is sleeping over…should be fun.</p>

<p>I do set an alarm. I almost immediately turn it off though.</p>
<p>I used to wake up unusually early… 5:00 am just so i can work on Japanese (self study). I used to stay up to midnight learning Japanese…</p>

<p>I wish that I could wake up at 5 am. Sleep is appeasing, although I believe that I receive too much of it.</p>
<p>I solely need about seven hours of sleep, but I typically receive eight or nine hours. I should probably start going to bed earlier to alternate that.</p>
<p>My sleep habits are highly irregular. I’ve been mitigating that with caffeine for a while but as of late I’ve decided to try to get over it “cleanly” so to speak. It’s hard at first but gets easier and if one does save the caffeine for when one truly needs it, its effect is far more pronounced.</p>

I usually feel really tired if I sleep more then 8 hours… 7 hours is good enough for me :)</p>

<p>I think that’s what my problem is. If I received a few hours less of sleep, I’d probably be more energized.</p>
<p>I find that if I sleep around 7 hours, I feel much more awake then if I get 8-11.</p>
<p>If I go to bed early (10-ish), I usually wake up around 3 feeling not tired, but force myself to go back asleep. When I wake up again, usually around 6, I feel really tired.</p>
<p>I should stay up later I guess.</p>
