Postponed chances?

Hi,
Here are my stats:
3.48 UW GPA
30 ACT
9 AP classes (including 5 this year)
National AP honors with distinction
Dual citizen, US and Brazil
Fluent in English and Portuguese, fifth year of Spanish
Wisconsin Resident, Father Ph.D alum, sister current undergrad student.
President of Amnesty International, many volunteer hours, 4-year band member-lettered and bar, 2 year dance team, 2 year Key Club, and a few other clubs.

Reasons I probably got postponed: I got a D in AP European history one semester–I was going through a tough time, and my grades dropped. 1 or 2 C’s as well. However, I have mostly A’s in other classes. What do you think is the likelihood of me getting in?

Postponed means you are in a large pool of applicants waiting to see if there is room for you. Call your chances 50-50 and have another school you can love.
