Practice for PSAT

Hey guys!

My brother is taking the PSAT in October and he doesn’t want to make an account, so I thought I’d just ask for him. He would like to know how to prep for the test as it’s his first opportunity to take it (10th grade). He would like to get around 1350/1400, so if anyone has some awesome tips or advice to jumpstart his prep for the qualifier for the NMS, that would be awesome!

Thanks again!

A lot of people have told me to do SAT prep on Khan Academy. Also, check your local library to see if they have any PSAT books (mine does). There are a few other websites where you can do test prep for free (there’s also stuff you can buy if you can afford it), like 4Tests, Number2, Prepfactory, and Method test prep. To qualify for NMS, you have to take the PSAT the year before you graduate, which would be in 11th grade for your brother, but the 10th grade one is good practice.

Hope this helps!

(I’m also going to take the PSAT in the fall for the first time. Even though it’s not the qualifying test, I’m super nervous about getting a good score. I’m sure your brother will do great!)
