<p>Here's the deal</p>

<p>I am applying to UCLA's Global Studies program and if admitted, will begin my journey as a pre-global studies major. At the end of fall quarter, I would need to apply for full major status in this impacted major.</p>

<p>My question for anyone who has gone through this process or is familiar with it is: whats the application process/form like and how difficult is it to become a fully recognized global studies major? </p>

<p>I am transferring from UCSB where they also offer global studies and have a guaranteed spot in the program, however UCLA is a top flight school and I believe the program there is of higher caliber. Any information would be greatly appreciated. </p>
