guys suppose i get into pre-major in busniess in the university and then transfer to my specific major after my sophomore year when will i graduate. will i graduate in 2 years after that or will i have to do 4 more years.please help im not familiar with the pre-major thing

bump

bump

The point of being a pre-major is to prepare you to get accepted into an actual major. Almost no one is accepted directly into their major, all freshmen are pre-major, whether it be engineering, business, or whatever. Assuming you don’t fail anything you should graduate in 4 years.

@hornet75 thanks a lot for clearing my doubt and I have one more doubt. In US do you have accounting subjects and business related subjects in high school

Some do and some don’t, just depends on the high school. Some have a full range: accounting, business management, marketing, economics… while others just have personal finance classes. Did you look online at the College of Business webpage? Sometimes they list recommended courses to take while in high school.

No, not where it would make a difference in college.

@hornet75 would they start from basic in accounts since many people would’ve not studied the subject before.

Yes

then i would find it easier because we I been learning proper accounts for 2 years and i hope this reason will boost up my college gpa
