<p>is the pre-med program or are the course requirements for it any good. i heard that you could do something completely different as your major but then a good med school would still accept you. is that true?</p>
<p>one of the main reasons I want to go to Amherst is because any medical school will accept you if you keep your grades up etc. Amherst has a really good reputation. Really good LAC = medical school admission.</p>
