Pre-Med at Columbia

I apologize if this has been asked before...

Is Columbia a good place for Pre-Med students? I hear that they have a great neuroscience program, and that's my intended concentration. However, the other schools I'm considering (Cornell and JHU) are famous for placing students into medical school.

Of the three schools, I like Columbia's environment the best (Cornell is a bit too "in the middle of nowhere" for me and JHU is...I don't know...I've disliked JHU for quite a while now, but I was forced into applying there...not to mention that they gave me a ton of $$$), so if Columbia is good for Pre-Med, I'll definitely be going there.

Columbia was just given $200 million to found the Greene center for Neuroscience-something-or-other, it's the largest private donation to a university for a specific purpose/building. Although it's probably more graduate than undergrad, but it'll be great for research opportunities even for undergrads.
