Pre-med or engineering?

I'm so stuck on what to choose right now for undergrad. Which is a better career path? Medical or engineering??
Which is harder to get? More money? Etc.

do whatever you are most passionate about and the rest is easy

Pre-Med is not a major; it is an advisory program that any college student can be a part of. You can major in almost anything and do pre-med. Getting into medical school requires high college grades, high MCAT score, and completion of certain math, science and rhetoric courses. A number of those courses are required for engineering students and there are many engineering students who are pre-med. So the issue is why do you believe you must decide against engineering now if you choose to be pre-med?
