<p>Any good video camera would do, even the compact ones like the Zoom Q3 HD will do it I believe, the real key is going to be in the sound quality. My recommendation FWIW would be to try and find someone to record you professionally, though that can be expensive, they can control the sound and otherwise make it come out better than you may be able to do at home.</p>
<p>We have a Zoom Q3 (not HD). Picture quality is not great, but sound is very good. We’ve used it for audition tapes and had good results.</p>

<p>Use a Zoom Q3. What will make a difference though is recording in a good room, or a church.</p>
