Please report your second term marks as the mid year report. Before you start college, you will have to give them all your 12th grade marks. So they will see your 2nd term marks anyway. Honesty is the best policy - remember admission can be rescinded if you hide information or mis-represent yourself in the applications.

Took a while but the mid year report is finally submitted (with my pre-boards marks). I got 85.4%, which is very close to the 86% from the first term, so it was not as bad as I had expected.

There was no text box unlike what was discussed above (I think it’s only present in the optional report), but that’s okay. If a college is big enough to require a mid-year report, then they should already be familiar about the grades deflation.
