predictions (from March test)

my prediction:
Writing-630
Math-780
Reading-600

Composite - 2010

wow..terrible lol,,,hopefully I'll manage to raise that to at least 2200...

M- 710
CR- 740
W- 690

Total: 2140

CR - 780
M - 760
W- 800
Total - 2340 (fingers crossed…)

math - 750
CR - 700
W - 730

total: 2180

@112358: For the 780 CR, are you estimating 3 wrongs, or 2 wrong and 1 omit?
I’m predicting nearly the same as you, with perhaps a range for CR that stretches 20-30 points lower. :)

lol @ OP - if I break 2000, I’ll be joyous.

@Xaari: haha, I really have no clue for CR. I could be anywhere from 750 to 800, so I chose a random number in the middle of that range. :stuck_out_tongue: My gut is telling me I pulled off an 800 (1-2 wrong) in which case I would be ecstatic, but I didn’t omit anything so if I got three wrong I would automatically jump to -4, which could drop me all the way to 760-770. Hence my hatred of the way quarter-points are rounded - miss two and lose no points, miss three and lose 30-40 points x.x

It looks like there are three questions that were unresolved on the CR thread. I’m against the majority on one of them, with a good majority on another, and with a slight majority on a third. There’s also one I was unsure about that no one even mentioned, so I guess I could be anywhere from -0 to -4. Oh well, that’ll just make April 7th more interesting. :)

My guess:
Math 750 (don’t know of any I got wrong, but assuming I made some dumb mistakes)
CR 770 (see above)
Writing 700 (essay was too short)

Will retake.

M: 780
cr: 780-800
w: 800

2360-2380

M:800
CR:760
W:800

2360 - probably not going to happen but we’ll just have to wait another 6 full days and find out =]

Aren’t you a senior Arachnotron - why did you take it again? Just for fun?

M: 800 (will be very upset if otherwise)
CR: 770 (~3 wrong so far)
WR: 800 (as long as my essay didn’t fail)

I reeeaaaallly don’t want to retake!

@ fibonacci sequence – yes, I did. I took it for fun in January, got a 2330 (-10 from the score I sent to colleges). Going to take it again in May if I don’t get a 2400 this time (which I’m pretty sure I didn’t).

Doing the subject tests (much harder, imo) in June for fun :)

To Arachnotron- Ummm why??? Not to be offensive, but why would you do that to yourself and in effect support the money-making machine that is the CollegeBoard?

Myself:
CR: 750
M: 750
W:700
T: 2200

well getting a 2400 is beast! where as 2340 is just pretty dang good…still awesome tho. I would probably do the same thing in his shoes…if we were not in a recession

Can you become a presidential scholar if it works out for you? I mean, now that were talking about Obama it’s worth trying for.

CR: 730 (I know of 3 wrong for sure)
M: 770 (don’t know of any wrong, but I prefer to guess low)
W: 800 (don’t know of any wrong)
2300

@112358: I think you have great chances for an 800 in CR then. :)

@anglophilia: Ah, that’s a bit harsh; 3 wrong on CR is generally 770. Then again I could be misreading the “for sure” part. Doesn’t hurt to dream sweetly. :)

I know, but I really don’t want to get my hopes up, because knowing me, I probably messed up some easy ones. Fingers crossed, though!

Here’s my best guess.

Math- 650 (I thought it was really tough this time around)
CR- 730
Writing- 700

Composite: 2080 (20 points higher than my last time around…)

Super Scored: 2100. I would be happy with this as it was my goal :]
