<p>Also BU falls from 56 to 62 and UMass Amherst falls from 106 to third tier. This is a hope rather than a prediction.</p>

<p>My parenta perhaps weren’t shocked, but certainly didn’t see it coming. As it turned (and still turns) out, plenty of people made the same choice. Seems more and more that BU became a safety for NEU.</p>
