We are applying to several independent middle schools in our area. The public schools are just passable here and in surrounding districts. The public middle school curriculum has some serious holes that will be expensive and take a lot of time to fix outside of school. Can you share what motivated you (or your parents) to consider prep school worth the sacrifices?
