@Jym626 Interesting article, but it re-states the need for any program to support non-traditional students. The Tennessee Promise (the model for Obama’s plan) doesn’t.
Requirements include:
- Apply senior year and meet established application deadlines.
- Maintain at least 12 hours each semester.
- Attend a postsecondary institution for consecutive semesters. If a student withdraws from all classes during a semester, they will no longer be eligible for the plan.
Thats true, Gator88, because its from an independent education publication. I think both programs are a good start.
