Prestigious colleges with fantastic weather?

Well, if fantastic weather means that you can consistently go outside in the winter with nothing more than a light jacket, I would think you are limited to Hawaii, parts of the Desert Southwest, the southern parts of Florida and Texas, and California from the Bay Area south. I don’t know of any prestigious colleges in Florida, Hawaii or the Desert Southwest. In the warmer areas of Texas you have UT/Austin and Rice. In California, you have Berkeley and Stanford in the Bay Area, and in SoCal you have UCLA, USC, Pomona, and Harvey Mudd.

Of course, there are dozens of other colleges in these areas that will give you an education just as good as any of these “prestigious colleges”.

Prestigious compared to what?
UofA and ASU are more prestigious than say University of Phoenix.

The OP is from the Northwest where UDub is like tops.
