What is it about Nigeria that makes more people apply to Princeton?

Looks like the luckiest German boy on earth is joining in as well... I'm full of joy and fear, it's hard to define right now ^^

hey sorry i haven't posted a reply to my original post, i've been busy this weekend (as you can imagine). you probably all know this, but it was a big letter with a folder inside. i hope everyone has been getting good news.

OMG, I just got in! I'm from Kansas but I'm most definitely an easterner at heart (Mom's from NYC). SOOOOO excited! My mom was driving to my school with the envelope she'd gotten and all she told me before she got there was that it was a "BIG" envelope. I pretty much bit off all of my nails waiting, and when she gave it to me to open I went crazy!! Any other KC people who are going to the luncheon thing for people who applied? If so, contact me!

I'm a Floridian and I just got in today! I was the last person to post on the first page of this thread and it didn't jinx me-- SO euphoric right now!

congratulations...now u can go out and celebrate!!

I got in as well. I am from Lithuania and I have never posted here before, though I did read some of the forums. Congratulations to all the ones admitted! Go Tigers!

Hey, I just wanted to congratulate all of you on your great news!

Looking forward to seeing you all next year! In the meantime, if you have any questions, just shoot.

Yay, I'm looking forward to meeting you, too!!

Congratulations- EDers !!! relax enjoy the holidays...read through your PU package for instructions and there should be more inf on the web. Soon you will be recieving a lot of mail from PU and and an invitation for some on campus event.
Congratulations again, and don't forget to thank your parents.

Hey shleasmom, when will we receive the stuff you just said?

Princeton bombards matriculants with more stuff than H/Y - and with ten thousand different places to send the stuff back to. H/Y have more compact paper work. RD paperwork rolls in during summertime; don't know for ed.

do we get free shirts? ;p

No free shirts, sorry. You'll get a free Princeton wear when you matriculate.

what does this free wear include?

I've heard that they basically shower you with free T-shirts and stuff once you're there!

Btlesgirl is correct. You'll have lots of opportunities for free T-shirts. Also tons of free food. As an experiment a Daily Prince reporter last year survived for a week eating nothing but free food available to students by attending events, etc.

It's true about the shirts! I'm home for Christmas Break and all the shirts I brought back are free ones I've accumulated this semester :)

Sweet..................

You may get anything from...tees printed with group activites, 'Fressman', your 'dorm's name'. DDs dorm issued really nice jackets with the dorm name last sept, since then she has acquired a number of other tees.
