Can I get into Princeton if I ED? What about RD? Looking at either Econ or Poli Sci, possible double major. It's sad: I'm only a soph. doing this, so everything is theoretical.

Just a note: Princeton doesn't let you double major. On the other hand, you can major in Political Economy.

Can you major in Political Economy or is there just an Economics or Politics concentration with a certificate for poli econ?

Drummer - you stand a "theoretically" good shot ;) Apply ED if Pton is your first choice, and visit if you can to see it first hand. Good luck!

I'm not sure how it works. You enter either the Political Science or Economics departments, but take a specific number of courses from both to satisfy the Poli Econ requirements. I'm not sure if it's a separate concentration or you just concetrate in Political Science specialising in Poli Econ (as opposed to Comparative Politics, International Relations, etc). I'm guessing it's the latter.

ok, man. you don't found clubs just for college.

that is why so many ppl get rejected. be true to yourself and do it for your own good. why do you think nations fall? because ppl don't care about themsevles and try to do stuff that is superfluous.

Definately agreed with RFG! :] Woohoo class of '07! :] Try it out Drummerdude. ^_~ Goodluck!

there is no hook.

if you are a URM, and according "A is for Admission," you would get in hands down.

but, you have some slim chances.

i have your same stats, with a 700 us history and 680 bio-m... and prolly a 2100 sat this june... and I must say that I have a great hook, probably one of the top! but, im mexican american and am a severe URM.

Why are you worrying about this as a sophomore?

i know its sad but thinking about college pretty much consumes my thinking now because my town is festering cesspool of unemployed people living in the ghetto who dont do squat to help themselves and my crappy school is in a behavioral and a financial crisis. So I can't wait to get away from this place, plus I want to see the looks on people's faces when I say I got into an Ivy (if I do) because no one here has ever even thought about a school more prestigious than UIUC or Wis-Madison.
