Ok, so I was admitted to both Princeton and Yale :D . I am planning on doing a double major or major/minor in materials science and engineering and environmental studies. I think they are both awesome schools academically, but which one is best for what I want? Also, any pros and cons of each niversity's social scene is welcome, since I don't want to spend 4 years of my life in a boring school.
Thanks!!!

Princeton has a better STEM program, better social scene with eating clubs and all, has grade deflation which makes it more tense and competitive according to some students (probably a con), etc.

Yale has more of a liberal arts focus, but definitely has a good STEM program.

Just my $0.02…

Yale alum here: P has better overall Engr and STEM support. Yale Enviro is VERY good however. Yale tends to attract STEMs who want a fuller non-STEM options. I think it’s a toss up btn the social scene. Both PTon and Yale alums shed blood for the Eating Club and the Residential College concepts, respectively. Your best bet: visit during the admitted student days. Congrats on your awesome “problem!”

Come to bulldog days! Only three days left
