Princeton PFAA - Non-Custodial Form?

<p>For the PFAA, it's possible to fill the form out and submit on-line. Is the same option available for the Non-Custodial Parent's form?</p>

<p>From the Princeton website, it appears to me as if only print copies are available:
"For the purpose of confidentiality, your non-custodial parent’s information is submitted separately using Princeton’s Non-custodial Parent’s Form, which is available from this office and on our website in printable format."</p>

<p>I wanted to make sure on-line submission was impossible, though, because printing the non-custodial form represents a significant amount of trouble for my family, especially since my dad is abroad right now. The postage cost alone would be inconvenient.</p>

<p>Can your dad access the Princeton website himself and print the form out where he is?</p>

<p>By the way, is anyone aware of whether it’s possible to fax the forms to Princeton, instead of using snail mail?</p>
