When I click print preview, the athletic supplement shows up blank. However, I know I had submitted it correctly because all the info is in the athletic supplement.

Also, the print preview shows my commonapp essay twice! They are the same essay.

Nope, but the same thing happened to me. I previewed my submitted app and the athletic supplement was blank, so I freaked out, went to my actual athletic supplement, and saw that it was filled out.

I’m assuming (hoping) that it’s just a glitch in the preview feature.

You need to download Adobe Reader. They have some odd ways of showing the print preview. Their systems are windows based so if you have a mac (or some windows), you will need adobe. It’s a browser-pdf compatibility issue.

I am having the EXACT same problem as you. Despite correctly submitting the athletic supplement, it appears blank in the print preview and their is a copy of my personal essay before AND after the athletic supplement. I just downloaded Adobe Reader and it made no difference. Can anyone help us out?

Just got an reply from common app: “Yes, that is an error and we are currently working to resolve this. It will not affect the validity of your application if you submit.”

Application submitted Nov 17 and the problem is still there - When you click the “View this Application” button the pdf preview I get shows the app, followed by a blank athletic supplement, and then the personal essay a second time. Hopefully the college gets the right information but you’d think for the amount of revenue the Common App people get for all these applications they could hire a decent software/IT team.

The Univ of Calif app was worse; even more format/display issues.
