Just checked on two of the better known luxury near campus student housing projects at UW. Both The Lucky and The Hub are 100% soldout for 2018-19. My recent grad described that the Hub is sophomores and older, and like many of the “most desirable” buildings close to campus, there is pressure to sign a lease in the fall for the following school year, though spaces generally remain available for into winter and possibly early spring.
