Private housing near UW

Just checked on two of the better known luxury near campus student housing projects at UW. Both The Lucky and The Hub are 100% soldout for 2018-19. Anyone considering such units for next fall needs to plan ahead.

My recent grad described that the Hub is sophomores and older, and like many of the “most desirable” buildings close to campus, there is pressure to sign a lease in the fall for the following school year, though spaces generally remain available for into winter and possibly early spring.
