<p>for those who have to go to banks or other places to take out private student loans, where would u go?</p>

<p>some places have very high interest rates.</p>

<p>also, since some of us are not 18 year, and we need a co-signer, what happens if your parent has bad credit history? i'm not sure how bad..but what are the requirements regarding credit history?</p>

<p>I was wondering about this too. My loans haven't been as great as I'd like them to be, so I was hoping to glean some pointers from this board. Does anyone have any experience with this? Can you recommend a company? Or even a reliable place/site to find more information?</p>
