Problem obtaining Professor letter of recommendation

<p>Greetings:</p>

<p>I'm working in the field that I'm applying to graduate school. I've acquired two letters of recommendation from my workplace, and one from outside but still in the field.</p>

<p>Problem is I haven't been able to commit to a professor. I've been out of undergraduate 6 years. </p>

<p>How fatal is this?</p>
