Problem with GPA? HELP!

My high school has a weird GPA system… a 92 avg should normally get you a 3.7 GPA (and it does, I entered my grades in a GPA calculator. I have a 3.77 UW) but an A- translates to barely a 3.5 here (my transcript says 3.48). Should I try to contact admissions counselors and notify them about this? Or should I have my guidance counselor talk to them about it? I’m scared that they will look at my transcript, see my unweighted GPA, and deny me for admission.

By the way, I’m in the top 10% of my class, and I think I’m sending them my rank as well.

in admissions they’ll use their own system to convert your gpa so no need to worry about how your school’s gpa system

@jcn3jcn3‌ thank you so much! kinda wish all high schools had the same gpa system so it would be easier for college.
