<p>Hello, I recently sent a request to change my major from Physical Sciences Undeclared to Chemical Engineering via the UCI Message Center.</p>
<p>Today I got a replay stating, "Sorry, the H.S. School of Engineering is not
accepting any changes of major. Thanks."</p>
<p>Does this mean that I have to wait until I attend the school to change majors or does it mean something else?</p>

<p>You probably have to attend the school, and fulfill the pre-reqs.</p>

<p>^ how long would it take to finish those prerequisites? Does this process include changing to other majors as well with just different prerequisites?</p>
