Problems with the Student Billing Site?

<p>I've been trying to log into it for the past two days, but every time I input my information, the page just refreshes. Is anyone else having this problem?</p>

<p>I called the OFAS, and they just said to try again and that the site might've been down. But I tried again today and it still didn't work.</p>

<p>If you’re an incoming freshman, you don’t have access to the Student Billing site… if you’re trying to find information about your financial aid package, go to the Financial Aid site for freshmen and click on the “Log on to My Aid” icon on the left:</p>

<p>@MaMoose: Thanks, that’s good to know. But now I’m confused, since accessing the site is part of the to-do list on the OFAS site. Are there just some steps I’m supposed to ignore/won’t be able to do until the school year starts?</p>

<p>I don’t think you can access the billing site until they fully activate your UCInetID account. What is the OFAS site telling you to do (and are they saying that you need to do it now… for example, if you’re trying to set up direct deposit, you may need to wait until next month)?</p>

<p>Right now, I seem to be able to access the billing system for my son who’s currently enrolled, but not for the one who’s attending in the Fall (and has SIR’ed).</p>
