My son says he is planning on joining Beta Alpha Psi. They have weekly professional seminars by industry experts, community service, tutoring, mentoring and networking opportunities for accounting majors and other business majors. Students must maintain a 3.0 GPA and pledge for two semesters earning points for their involvement before they are considered a member. The cost is $100 per semester.

The accounting society costs $25 to join and participates in many of the same activities as Beta Alpha Psi but there is no GPA requirement.
