Proof of Enrollment for Outside Scholarship

Does anyone know what I need to get or what constitutes "proof of enrollment" for Berkeley?

I won a scholarship and they want me to attach "proof of enrollment" to the form. The scholarship check will be mailed to my address but first they need the proof of enrollment from Cal.

Any ideas on how to obtain one?

You can:

1) Scan a copy of your acceptance letter to Berkeley
2) Print out your semester schedule for this past semester showing your name and how many units on Bearfacts.

When I got outside scholarships, the donors usually told me in writing exactly what they wanted. You sure they did not say anything?

If you’re a current student, go to 120 Sproul Hall and ask for a verification of attendance. It’s free.

I just printed out the confirmation with my SIR on myberkeleyapp (it had my name on the top). The scholarship was from an organization where the people knew me personally, so it didn’t take much. If it’s more impersonal, I would go with the acceptance letter as stated above.
