Property Management Companies - Poor Reviews All

<p>In researching the main property management companies in Tuscaloosa - they all have horrible reviews! I can’t tell if it is just disgruntled tenants or if their complaints are valid. Is there not a company out there with generally positive reviews?</p>

<p>I’ve been looking primarily at College Station Properties, HA Edwards and Rock Point. Looking at older complexes within walking distance to campus. Are there any other companies/properties that I am missing? Do you have any direct experience with these management companies?</p>

<p>I have had no issues with H.A. Edwards.</p>

<p>Internet reviews, by nature, will be mostly negative. People are quick to rant, but rarely post anything online if not disappointed.</p>

<p>Rock Point has been very nice and responsive for any maintenance requests. DS is in Pride Court and it is extremely convenient for getting to class, the strip etc. No car needed :)</p>
