PSAT on Wed/Saturday

In my region, almost every single school gives out PSat test on saturdat
oct.18th

But I found out that in some region, people are taking it on wed, oct. 15th

Isn't it unfair?
Like what happens if a person who would take PSAT on wed tells every
answer to his or her friend who might take it on saturday.

then, a person who takes it on saturday is taking advantage of it, isn't it?

Or are there two different forms that consist of different questions?

Yea, that would be quite unfair. I'm not sure if they would have different tests because the SAT by definition has to be standardized so that they can evaluate all tests in the same way.

I believe in my school, people will be taking the test on Wed oct 15th.

The tests are different versions that both measure the same thing. A score of 150 on the Wednesday test means the same as a 150 on the Saturday test. They come up with the scoring based on difficulty of the test through some process called equating.

They are two different tests. You can buy copies of previous years' tests from the College Board, and if you order a Wednesday and a Saturday test from the same year, you will see that every question is different.
