<p>Yes, they had analogies. They used to be Tuesday PSATs, but yes they were different.</p>
<p>but those from 2005 are the "new" format? is it good to buy both the actual date and the alternate versions of 2005-2007?</p>

<p>I have bought and taken every old and new PSAT released. The 2005 tests were new ones. In fact, the 2004 were new, too. The new PSAT came out before the new SAT. </p>
<p>Don't buy alternate -- you can't find answers for them. The wednesday and saturday tests are different, obviously. Otherwise it'd give people an unfair advantage.</p>
