I have published 2 single author articles in a well regarded peer-reviewed journal (Plos One). How much weight does this bear in my application?

Sorry, note that they are single author papers.

There’s no way someone can measure how much this’ll affect your application. At an ivy or another T20, it won’t mean as much as it would at your state flagship, because more applicants likely have similar ECs. That being said, it’s obviously a positive.
