<p>both are OOS – he refused to even apply to Illinois even though it is ranked higher – hated the campus and the weedout feel he’s tired of from his overachieving suburban HS.</p>
<p>Wisconsin is colder but Purdue/West Lafayette is in the middle of plain, flat Indiana.
Location is key.</p>
<p>My sister went to UW Madison, made me wish I had applied there.</p>
