<p>I am going to enroll at Northwestern this fall. I bought a copy of the student-written book, "Purple." The information on dorms and fraternities / sororities looked informative. Has anyone else read this book ? Any current student opinions on the book and quality of the information within ?</p>
<p>I’ve heard about it. I wouldn’t bother. There are NU students and alums lurking all over this place–why don’t you ask us what you want to know? Also, the student publication North by Northwestern does a housing guide, it’s a pretty good setup. Look it up.</p>
