I was wait listed by my top school, Quinnipiac and I am trying to write a letter to the adcom to strengthen my chances of getting into the school. I was wondering if I should email or actually mail this letter. How I should format it, and some content I should include. Also, I applied as a Psych major without a recommendation from my psych teacher. How would i go about sending another recommendation?

you can write a 3-4 paragraph letter, it can be mailed to the Undergraduate Admission Office or emailed to admissions@quinnipiac.edu, and have it addressed to the admissions committee. Be honest in the letter about your academics but also explain your interest in attending QU. Tell us about how you’ve come to the decision that QU is where you would like to attend in the fall.
No need to send us additional letters of recommendation at this time.
