Quality of my USC recommendation letter?

I just received my recommendation letter (the form part) from my economics teacher.
I'm international so I'm not familiar with what a "good" and a "bad" recommendation letter is.
Do you think mine is good enough for USC? I think the others are gonna be pretty similar.

This candidate ranks 8 in a class of 24 students. (I go to one of the best schools in the country.)

the applicant's course selection is: demanding
(scale) less than demanding - average - demanding - very demanding - most demanding

Traits
(scale) no basis - below average - average - good - very good - excellent (top 10%) - best ever

intellectual ability: good
extracurricular accomplishments: excellent (top 10%)
Personal qualities and character very good
creativity: excellent (top 10%)
readiness for college: very good

What do you think?

Wow, that’s a pretty strange recommendation letter. Usually they’re in a letter format. Unless you’re summarizing your teacher’s main points?

I think thats the form that has to be filled out that accompanies the recommendation letter…rather than the letter itself

yes, this is just the USC form. there will also be a letter.

That’s a form to fill up? :|

PS: I think USC will appreciate your excellence in extracurricular accomplishments and creativity

Yep , that’s a form. Thanks. I hope they will appreciate it enough to offer me a spot;)
