<p>I go to a school that is on the quarter system. Do any of you know of good programs that offer abroad terms on the quarter system?</p>

<p>Talk to your study abroad office before you limit yourself to programs with quarter systems. My D goes to a college in the US with semesters, and just spent a semester as a visiting student at a university in Europe with quarter systems (so she was at the European college for 2 quarters). She had to scramble a little, but her college will accept the transfer of credits. Yours likely will for the reverse situation IF you work with the study abroad office and appropriate departments at your US college to make sure they know what you are taking. Also, keep your materials (syllabus, notes, papers, tests) from any classes you take abroard until the credits have actually transferred, in case there is any question about the quantity or quality of work required in a given class.</p>
