My daughter just e-mailed me and she’s a finalist! I’m such a bad Mom, I really didn’t think she would get in. Now keeping my fingers crossed for her and everyone else on the match process.

Serious question: On the ‘preview application proof’, is your transcript supposed to be included? I think my transcript didn’t get sent correctly and that’ s why I’m not a finalist.

I’m a Finalist! I’m so happy (: Good luck to everyone! Remember that this Finalist/non-Finalist decision does not determine whether you are qualified for a top-tier college. Many non-Finalists also eventually get into top schools such as Harvard, USC, Ivies, top-notch LACs, etc.

@Yomo710 It just means that you can either forward your app to either Questbridge RD or Match. If you are not a Finalist, you are officially out of the Match/Questbridge process.

I’m glad that I received confirmation that I am an NCM finalist. Congratulations to everyone who also is a finalist, and I hope that those who did not become one will do well in this process.

If you’re not a finalist, isn’t it also possible to apply through Regular Decision as many Finalist do?. The only restriction is the possibility of having to pay for the application, putting in more information required, etc.

I’m extremely grateful for being accepted as Finalist. Good job to everyone, regardless of decision, because you all worked very hard and your work ethic will get you far in life :slight_smile:
