Questbridge - Ranking for EE/CS

It's so close to the final match ranking date, and I'm sitting here deciding whether or not to keep USC.

Current Ranked Schools: MIT, Cal-Tech, Stanford, Princeton, Yale, and USC

Anyways, USC is the only binding school there that I'm unsure of. I'm reading rankings (which I'm sure doesn't matter all that much) and seeing USC in the 50s for Electrical Engineering at times. Yet, a bunch of sites say its engineering program is typically ranked at the top (though there are quite a different kinds of engineering).

Anyone want to shed some light on this? I'm not too fond of LA, but location isn't on my priority list in the first place. I mainly care about its program (both undergraduate and graduate) and how well a degree from there would translate into a future job.

Also, if I were to keep USC ranked, how is Yale's engineering program? I know it's not what Yale is known for, but I'm getting mixed results Googling (and Yale definitely doesn't turn up on many rankings). Would employers not take a degree from there as seriously as they would from one like USC?

In most cases, engineering is engineering, and all that matters is that the program is accredited by ABET. Some engineering fields (and one if the experts will come along soon and correct me if I’ve got this wrong) in the computer area aren’t accredited by ABET.
