<p>If they do read the Questbridge App in addition to the Common one, it can only help to have two essays that are really good instead of reusing the same one, especially since a second essay would probably show something else about you.</p>
<p>But the effort isn't worth it if they only look at their app, since both would be equally great. That's what I was concerned about.</p>

<p>someone said it was tomorrow evening? I don't see why they don't do it tonight so I can give my teachers the recommendation envelopes, provided I get accepted. i'll have to wait until Monday to do that, which gives them less time. </p>

<p>For the College Prep scholarship they said the evening but actually emailed decisions at 8:00 pm so we'll see.</p>

<p>And stanford admission director that went to my school, said that they don't care a a whole lot about the questbridge application too much and mainly focus on "their" application, and she TOLD me to just reuse the essays for questbridge.</p>

<p>I just called Questbridge to clarify notification details, and the recording said that finalist status would be posted in the "My Locker" section on Questbridge website, but that an e-mail would notify you when your status was posted in "My Locker." It did not say any certain time, just Oct. 26th. Good luck everybody!</p>

<p>I just was looking over my DD application on the "My Locker" page, and came across something I am slightly concerned with. D had faxed Sept. ACT scores to them, but they did not update it on her application. I know the fax went through because D got fax receipt confirmation from where she sent it. Two other things that we had e-mailed them in regards to were changed on the app (corrected income and removing one partner school.) Although the SAT scores that are on there are within scores of last years finalist stats (1350/2050) her ACT composite of 33 is obviously better. Oh well, can only hope for the best now.</p>
<p>Today I got an email from my DREAM college that I put as my number one pick in QB and the way that it is worded I'm guessing I got finalist - but the suspense is still killing me.</p>

<p>Columbia!!!!!!!! But I was looking at the stats and there were around 200 that applied from my state and only 2 accepted (overall not in the QB program) it's kind of like TASP all over again lol!! Oh and I remember for the College Prep I don't think I was notified until like almost 10pm. GA MOM sent you a PM.</p>
