I am an undergrad student who is trying to transfer schools. I currently attend a 4 year school and I am applying to a few other four year schools. I got an email from two of the schools that I am applying to that I need to send my midterm report. The school I attend does not have an official midterm report so I had to print off my online report and have my professors sign the form. Well by the time the schools told me I had to get it in I only had 2 days to find my professors and mail the forms. I ended up finding 3 of my 5 professors. Since the others were not on campus due to a break I forged the signatures and mailed the report. I know this is wrong but I was in a difficult situation, I did not fabricate any grades or change anything on the report all I did was sign the report for two of the teachers. To be honest one of the signatures I did is very sloppy. I was going to find the teachers today and have them sign a new form just in case the schools asked them about it. Will the universities I applied even look at the midterm report in that much depth and email my teachers? Is there anything I can do to try and prevent this from being a problem?
