<p>Hello all. I’m sorry, but I’ve searched the web everywhere for the answer to this question, but can’t seem to find it.</p>
<p>From September '09-December '09 I might be working abroad in Europe.</p>
<p>Then I’ll be back in California. But then September '10 - December '10 I might be working abroad again. It’s during this time that I’ll be applying to the UC’s as a transfer. Am I allowed to still apply as a California resident? I’ve been a CA resident my entire life.</p>
