Question about daughter's portfolio

We have our first interview tomorrow and I want to put my daughters art onto a CD to leave for the Head of the art dept. Since this is an open house and interview afterwards, the admissions office told me that they wouldn't be able to promise the availability of someone from the art dept. to look at the portfolio...so I figured putting her work on a CD would be best.

My question...since I'm not tech savvy...is it best to put the art on the CD from my MAC or Windows program? I'm not sure if one kind of computer is used more in schools. I want them to be able to open the file and not have an issue.

Thx

I am not sure how you save art, but I would think using the .jpeg or .pdf format would work for either…

And macs have an easier time opening windows vs the other way around…so I am thinking windows… Just my opinion - no expertise promised!

I would put them on a web based photo host like flickr and email a link. No compatibility issues.

Thanks you two!
