<p>my friend recently got siemens semifinalist, and she asked me if it should be "national" or "state/regional." i thought national since its a national competition, but she said that since she's lower than regional finalist, it must necessarily fall under regional...</p>
<p>am i right in saying that semi should be national? in which case wouldn't it be a bit awkward for a regional finalist to say its a national award lol...</p>
