Hey guys, I'm currently a junior at UCSD and my plan for the future includes getting a M.A. in IR. I'm planning to take a few years off in between undergraduate and graduate school to get work experience, but I'm wondering if my choice of school location will affect my ability to find a job? From reading this forum it seems that many jobs are located on the east coast. If say I went to a school on the west coast would it be hard for me to find a job on the east coast? I'm asking because I enjoy living in San Diego and in Southern California and I'd rather not move unless I found a good job. The schools I've been looking into are Korbel and IR/PS. If anyone with experience of going to a school on the west coast and working on the east coast or being able to find a job on the west coast can chime in it'd be great.
