Question about qualified as CA residency

<p>I have lived in CA for 3 years (2003~2005)</p>

<p>so while I was in CCC, IN-STATE tuition fee could apply to me,</p>

<p>but under the any circumstances</p>

<p>now I'm attending Nothern Virginia community college.</p>

<p>If I will get back to CA after a year,</p>

<p>will 'in-state tuition fee' still can apply to me? </p>

<p>I'm really wondering this... and sorry that to have a bad Eng skill T_T</p>
