Question about recs

<p>On Yale's website, it says they require two letters of recommendation and a school report.</p>

<li><p>When they say letters of recommendation, am I correct in assuming that they do NOT want the teacher evaluation forms from Common App? They just want a teacher letter, not the entire form?</p></li>
<li><p>Do they want the Counselor School Form off Common App for the counselor recommendation? Or do they want a separate letter unaffiliated with any Common App form? It sounds to me like they want the Common App form for the school report/counselor rec, but I'm not sure.</p></li>

<p>Answers to these questions would be greatly appreciated.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, the Y website does not use the exact wording of the CA, but they are a CA school and so you use the CA forms.</p>

<ol>
<li><p>They want the CA Teacher evaluation form. If it is sent electronically, the teacher will paste their letter into the space provided. If it is sent hard copy, the teacher can either print it in the space provided or include a separate LOR.</p></li>
<li><p>They want the CA School Report form, the GC will provide their evaluation on either of the two methods described in #1.</p></li>
