I was wondering how scores are reported for the ACT; I had heard that unlike the SAT (excluding the score choice policy), for the ACT you are only expected to send colleges one score (presumably your best). Is this true, or do you report all scores?

Thanks!

Different colleges require different things. Some colleges want you to send in ALL of your ACT scores so they can see how many times you have taken the test and how you have improved. (I know Stanford does this)
and some colleges just want you to send in your best.

But you are correct in that the ACT sends out each score report individually (unlike the SAT, where all test date scores are listed on the same report).

Be aware that some high schools put your tests scores on your transcript.

Thanks, that helps a lot.
